Travelling to Pamukkale
Pamukkale brings together the famous white travertines and the ancient city of Hierapolis in a single visit. It is usually combined with Ephesus, Istanbul or Cappadocia on tours of Türkiye.
The visit includes natural surfaces and archaeological areas where the ground may be uneven. We recommend comfortable shoes and asking us about any mobility needs before the trip.
Pamukkale combines a natural phenomenon with a major archaeological site. Its white terraces were formed by minerals deposited by thermal waters over thousands of years.
At the top lies Hierapolis, with its theatre, necropolis, baths and urban remains. Nature and history are covered in one visit, always respecting the areas open to the public and the conservation rules.
