Booking, payment and cancellation terms

Before you book, read these terms and the final quote you will receive in writing. Turquiana provides information and first assistance. Confirmation, payment collection, operation of the services and invoicing are the responsibility of Pride Travel, operated by BHN MAVİ TURİZM VE SEYAHAT TİC. LTD. ŞTİ., an agency registered with TÜRSAB under licence A-5240.

Quote and confirmation

Published prices are indicative and may vary with your dates, the season, the hotel category, flights, the number of travellers and availability. Your booking is only confirmed when the operating agency confirms the services in writing and receives the stated deposit.

Deposit and payment

The deposit is usually 20% of the total amount, although it may vary with the tour and the services included. The exact amount, currency, deadlines and payment methods will be set out in the quote before you pay.

All payments are made directly to the operating agency using the details or links in its confirmation. Turquiana does not charge for the travel services or issue the invoice. The balance is paid according to the schedule and instructions given by the agency.

Cancellation by the traveller

Once the booking is confirmed and the deposit paid, that amount is usually non-refundable, whatever the reason for cancellation, because it is used to confirm flights, hotels and other third-party services. Some services may have stricter conditions.

The quote, the written confirmation and each supplier’s specific conditions take precedence over this general information. Review those documents before making any payment.

Changes of date or services

Any change is subject to availability and to the conditions of airlines, hotels and other suppliers. The operating agency will confirm in writing whether the change is possible and whether there is a price difference or penalty before applying it.

Services with specific conditions

Flights, cruises, balloon rides, optional activities and other third-party services may have their own change, cancellation and refund rules. These conditions will be stated in the relevant proposal or confirmation.

Cancellation insurance

In some cases the agency may offer optional cancellation insurance at an extra cost. It is only valid if it is expressly taken out and paid for. Its cover, limits, required documents and deadlines are those set out in the written insurance terms.

Document that governs the booking

The final quote, the confirmation issued by Pride Travel and the suppliers’ conditions form the agreement that applies to your booking. If anything is unclear, ask us before you pay.
